They can step through the bike frame, lift up one pedal, then stand on the pedal to get the bike moving and sit on the seat. (Unless you are very tall, it is best to get the bike moving before sitting on the seat, rather than try to sit on the seat and start pedalling).

The bike has a 200 or 250 watt 36 volt motor in the front wheel hub.
